Welcome to the bloggohood! I believe the NaBloPoMo site does it every month, and other than November, each month has a theme on what you’re supposed to write about. That would get old to me, unless the theme was mental illness or SW or Mafia Wars.

Anyway, I’m pretty sure they chose November because that’s the month that NaNoWriMo takes place, which is an even more ridiculous event to hold in November. But, kudos to those able to complete NaNoWriMo.

I am with you. This has been hard. And some of my posts have been less than inspired. Why the hell do they do this in november? Seems like February would be better – I mean no one travels or has to buy gifts for Presidents Day right? I will be glad when this is over. But I am glad I found your little part of the blogosphere!

I’ve been struggling to find the energy to write things that are well-thought-out this month for NaBloPoMo too. Last night’s post is a study in that – I actually only posted one sentence before midnight. Then I went back and edited it later to add in the meatier stuff. This is not the first time I’ve done that this month either…

Which I suppose is my way of saying that we can make allowances for ourselves in these kinds of challenges. No one will come and lock us up in NaBloPoMo prison for interpreting the challenge in our own way, you know?
