Oh my gosh, what a doll!
Just got back from out of town, so sorry for the delay in responding. I’m glad everyone enjoyed the video, and thanks for not mentioning that my abs aren’t strong enough (yet) for me to keep my legs down, like the video (yes, video) says you’re supposed to!
Basil has helped me twice more since this first time, which is the same number of times I’ve actually done pilates recently.
Aurora does that too, she’s trying to whip me into shape.
At least they don’t charge for their training!
