Get a flu shot every winter!

Awww Barb, that totally sucks. Once you said Brian had it, I thought you’d get it too. I hope you feel better really soon. I’m sorry you’re not feeling good. (l)
Hi, just stopping by to say hi since i haven’t been able to keep up with my blog reading since i got a new job. But now that I don’t have a job anymore I’ll be reading blogs everyday lol ….Hope you feel better
I got my first one this year! (sorry.)
And I have not been sick for 3 years, that’s like, a record for me.
(Now I know I’ll come down with something soon, for saying that out loud. Or typing it.)
jane, I really didn’t think I would, or who knows? Maybe I would have, anyway, but once you read my post about the E.R. (coming soon, I swear), you’ll get the whole story.
Plus, I did play outdoor hockey on Tuesday when my leg muscles were all stiff and achy, which I thought was from doing too many stretching exercises. According to my goalie coach, that isn’t possible — the whole point of these exercises is to become more flexible and to avoid overstretching your muscles. He also told me to start using the stationary bike instead of the treadmill because it’s better for my feet and knees, and uses the same muscles you use when skating.
Robin, reaction? OMG. What kind of reaction?
Thanks, Gladys. I’m so sorry to hear about your job, but from what it sounds like, you’re better off out of there anyway.
annie, don’t jinx yourself! But I’m taking your advice next year, that’s for damn sure. (y)
