Getting Back on Track

/

clearly i have not been working on this in the past five months or so, nor have i been weighing myself until recently. the click-to-enlarge chart on the left measures my weight from the time i started this endeavor up until today.

my original goal was to go from 145 to 125 lbs. i have since changed my goal to 120 lbs., so now i have 17 more to go. well, as of today i’m at 137 lbs.
i have more to say about all of this, but i can?t right now because i?m too agitated.

Hi Barb, Losing 8 lbs. going thru all that you have is quite an accomplishment in itself. You’ve got excellent self discipline & I KNOW you’ll make your goal.

 discipline? i don’t know. it’s only recently that i’ve been going to the gym on a somewhat regular basis. we’ve been trying to go every morning since last week, and as much as i can’t stand working out, especially at the ?ber yuppie health club, it’s really helping the depression.

unfortunately, i’m not doing too well right now–it’s mainly my anxiety. all because of the IOP fiasco, which i should post about. i’ll try to do that tomorrow.
