Friday Cat Blogging No. 24: Rock Star
Angelo is our cat that’s most like a rock star. (he’s also the one you can put stuff on before he walks away. heh.) he once had a Harley-Davidson collar that he shredded to bits trying to remove, which he did successfully. many times. he also pulled everyone else’s collars off while bullying them, so now, no one wears collars unless we’re out of town.
he’s confined to the bathroom during mealtimes because he’s on a special diet for a medical condition. he’d eat everyone else’s food but his own, otherwise. Angelo is always the first to finish eating, so of course he wants out. he screams at the top of his lungs to get our attention and sounds like a crying little girl, surprisingly. when he doesn’t get his way, what does he do? knock the bathroom trash over and pull out all the Q-Tips. shred the roll of toilet paper. see? rock star.

Sebastian sometimes has to spend quiet time in the bathroom, because he goes on these rampages where he destroys things. He likes to do this thing where he unrolls all the toilet paper onto the floor. He loves that trick.

I think I just visited My Bipolar Life. That cat looks & sounds hilarious. What a personality! We always joke that Cheeta’s personality is so much like a cat’s; very finicky.

meems, Angelo is our only cat who ever needs time outs. or make that jail, you know, like a rock star.

GK, we bought the collar at a store in an outlet mall in Kenosha, WI. it was the type of store that sells pet items like sweaters, mugs, and tote bags featuring your favorite dog or cat breed. that sort of thing. unfortunately, i can’t remember the name of the store or the mall.
i hear you can get them at PetSmart, but when i went looking for a replacement i couldn’t find any. maybe you’ll have better luck.
