in the last entry, April left a comment asking if i set up WordPress all by myself. the answer is yes and no. i installed WordPress somehow, but it was so easy i don’t even remember how i did it!
if you already have a domain, which i did, you can get web hosting just for WordPress through WebbleYou. thanks to Ratty for telling me about them! 
anyway, they only charge $4/mo., and you don’t have to have a contract. it’s pay as you go via PayPal. they will also do the importing and exporting for you.
so far, their help has been absolutely amazing! i hadn’t used FTP since 1998, so this guy named Justin helped me figure that out and how to upload more themes, though WordPress through them already includes like, 150. but i’m so picky, etc., etc.
i love them!!!!
anyway, i’m still figuring out how things work, like plug-ins and stuff, so don’t get your panties into a bunch, folks! 
ugh. and i have to fix all the links to other posts, pictures in posts, blah blah blah.
