Pain Patches

since Hee Seop already removed half of his pain patch himself, i called the vet’s office.  having morphine enter your system through your skin is one thing, but chewing on a morphine patch is another.  they instructed me to remove it–once i managed to wrestle him down.  i thought about putting it on that one tight spot on my back, but i’d have to use duct tape to keep it on because the adhesive’s covered in fur.  so i just flushed it down the toilet like they told me to do.

  1. That is funny you said something about a morphine patch because we were just talking about them when I went to the hospital to visit my aunt.

Poor Hee Seop. I think my cat would have ripped it off also. I hope he is doing okay.

I just reciently found out you have to take good care of your pets teeth or they could need dental surgery.

  4. Both of my cats have had pain patches (after tooth removals), and they didn’t stay on long. “There’s something on me! Getitoffgetitoffgetitoff!”
    *sigh*
