I remember when you used to volunteer with an animal shelter, right? You should go for it, those animals need your loving care desperately. I'm no expert, but try really hard, if u can, to do something to get all this depression out of your head... in other words, stay busy outside of your home if u can. I agree with what you said in this entry; all this talk of depression is helping u, but at the same time, draining your emotions. I wish you felt better to go out more Barb. I wonder if that is because younger people don't want the help or something along those lines. Glad you got out to do something fun. I used to be scared to go to the movies because of anxiety.
