Hey, your writings are so true. Please take a look at
www.geocities.com/bipolarbulletin/index.html
I'd like to invite you to share one or two of your best episodes, manic or depressive, for the inclusion in a book I'm about a third the way done writing about episodes.
Take a look at the website, see what you think.
Thanks...Ted

You know, i've REALLY struggled with my skin a LOT, too. I avoided facials completely, though b/c i know they pop everything and that is supposed to be worse.

I've also been to the dermatologist and tried everything BUT accutaine (it's too scary)! I must say, I fell in love with concealor VERY quickly!

BUT, the thing i've found most helpful is diet. your chiro has you on the right track.. but another thing that REALLY has helped me is this diet that i started - it's called the PERRICONE ACNE DIET, or something like that. look it up on amazon. or whichever bookstore you use. it's about 23$ CND, not sure USD, but they give you recipes and fitness and vitamins and everything. i haven't really stuck to the diet like i wish i had, but my skin has cleared b/c of the supplement stuff, mostly b/c of b3 - Niacin. There's my two-cents!

Wishing you the best, Barb. From a person who is not ignorant and very much understands. Your fandom will wait patiently. Take all the time you need. And keep up the good work.
