The cats are SUPPOSED to roam the area at night to rid the farm of mice, etc. That's their job. Besides, that, why kill innocent cats for what their owners have done? (Abandoned them.) They're just cats doing what is natural to them...eating song birds to stay alive isn't a crime. What if someone's cat gets out of the house by accident? What if the "hunter" doesn't see a collar?
