		<description>There used to be a computer game -- Midtown Madness! -- with a reasonably accurate model of The Loop and Lakeshore Drive. I've driven in the actual Chicago about as often as in the virtual Chicago, and I didn't do too well in either. I promise to stay off the streets next time I'm in town.</description>

i go to the Water Tower area once or twice a week, but it's during the day on weekdays and i know where the open meters are in the area.
