unless you don’t mind paying $700/mo. for about 450 sq. ft. of space (i.e., a studio apartment), don’t live in Lincoln Park. hell–just don’t live there. it’s the yuppie ghetto.

I hear that…I’m having big time buyers remorse for condo…I don’t think it’s worth the amount of money I’m paying for it…I gonna email my landlord and request some upgrades darn it.
