Some people in Atlanta made a living (a very good living) by dressing shabby and pretending to be bums. They just wanted the money, so if anyone offered them anything else, they always made some excuse why they couldn't use it or do it, etc. But if they are really homeless and hungry, then they should appreciate food for sure. Times are tough.
