last time i posted, the score was: 3-1 in my favor. now it’s 6-1.

during my weekly pilgrimage to Graham Crackers last Friday, i stood in the no standing zone that i always stand in. 4-1

yesterday, i had to take my cat to the vet, where there’s a 15-minute loading zone in front of the office. the spaces were taken, so i parked at the head of the line, alongside the sign that said: TOW ZONE with an arrow pointing south, just like my car. when we left about 30 minutes later, it was all good. 5-1

i had one of my twice-weekly appointments in the Gold Coast today. normally i’m packing quarters. i didn’t realize until too late that my little stash was depleted. there were no places nearby to get change, and i was running late. i chanced it. and won. 6-1
